Consultation Services
Regular clinic hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
To schedule an appointment for your patient, please call our main office at (512) 986-7765. All appointments are made through our main office.
When referring a patient, any pertinent medical information including history and physical exams, radiology reports, previous pulmonary function tests and/or sleep studies is appreciated. This information can be faxed to our office any time of day at (512) 986-7768, or you may send it with the patient.
For consultations, please send clinic notes with reason for consultation documented and any supportive diagnostic testing.
We will coordinate any other specialist referrals with you, if preferred.
Our physicians are available to you at any time. In the case of an emergency, a physician from the group is on call 24 hours a day. Unless a specific request is made for one of our physicians, the case will be handled promptly by the first available physician in the group.
